今週のおかず

今年最後の弁当のおかず

左上から出汁巻き卵、にんじんのカレーサラダ、パプリカの梅おかか炒め、蒸し鶏のハーブ漬け


ハーブ漬けで使用するローリエ（月桂樹の葉"Laurier"）をスーパーの香辛料コーナーで探そうにも全く見当たらない。
もしやと思って、その場でAndroidで調べたらアメリカでは"Bay leaf"という名前だった。

来週は南国で自炊かな？？？

this matter to be really something which I think I would never understand.
