アスパラのきんぴらが思ったほど量が無かったので、余ったにんじんでカレーサラダを。

左上から出汁巻き卵、春雨マヨサラダ、鶏肉とアスパラのチーズマヨ炒め、アスパラのキンピラ、ニンジンのカレーサラダ
先週買いそびれたショウガもゲットできたので、早速薄切りにして乾燥。
乾いたら冷凍庫へ。
